Requesting Refunds

Electronic Refunds are available for items where Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation or Express Mail was used and it is within 10 days of the original printing. All other refunds must be submitted physically.

To perform an electronic refund, select the item in the Mailing Log and click the Electronic Refund button in the toolbar.

Electronic Refund

You'll be presented with a dialog which describes the USPS regulations regarding refunds. Click Process Refund to begin the refund process. Your postage account will be credited the refund amount in about 14 days.

E Refund

If your piece does not qualify for an electronic refund, you'll need to do a physical refund where the mailing label must be physically mailed to Endicia for refunding. To begin that process, choose Refund Request from the Postage menu. You'll be re-directed to the Endicia.com website for further instructions.
