Preferences: General
Address Format specifies how addresses will be handled after validation. The USPS prefers UPPERCASE addressing.
Look for ZIP codes: This preference lets Endicia know which way you prefer to enter addresses. PayPal and eBay, for example, used to provide addresses with the ZIP code on the last line. Most addresses you receive or type yourself will have the address on the same line as the city and state.
Show First Class/Air Letter weights in: Some users have scales that measure in ounces, others in ones that use fractional pounds. Endicia supports both. Applies only to First Class and Air Letter.
Show all other weights in: Some users have scales that measure in ounces, others in ones that use fractional pounds. Endicia supports both.
Get confirmation numbers from: Endicia is the default. Change to USPS if you experience problems generating confirmatio numbers.
ZIP-Station Address: This field is rarely changed. Do so only if instructed by Endicia support personnel. Using SSL Encryption introduces a slight delay (barely noticeable in most situations) in verifying street addresses, but encrypts them before sending them over the Internet.
Reset Reminder Warnings button resets Endicia's warning reminders to on.
