XML

Using an XML command file, you can have Endicia for Mac process packages automatically. Addresses will be verified and labels will be generated with the correct amount of postage. After the command shave been processed, an XML output file containg tracking numbers and postage amounts is returned that your application can then process, usually to store in a database, or do more complex actions.

Your XML file can be passed to Endicia for Mac using the command line, AppleScript, or manually from the File menu.

Complete XML documentation was not ready in time for release with this version of Endicia for Mac.

Please consult the DAZzle XML specification available here:

Endicia for Mac currently supports a subset of the PRINTING command. While most tags should work as expected, there are some differences. We will be expanding our documentation to include a Mac-specific specification, in the meantime, if you have any questions or need sample files, please email us at mac@endicia.com and visit our website.
